Refund / Shipment

We care about our products and do our utmost to deliver them to you in top condition. Yet it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that allows you to claim under warranty. You must report the damage to the product on the day itself.

Return of a product that you are not satisfied with must be returned within 14 days.

Follow the following steps to process your return:

It is the submission date of the form that will determine the withdrawal period.

  1. Take a picture of the product, you can send it via Whatsapp 0648811650 or send it to e-mail address info@casa-skouzi.nl
  2. Write down the article no. name of the product and reason for return
  3. You will receive a message from us within 24 hours
  4. Prepare your package and return the items, these costs are for Casa Skouzi, if you wish to return the items without reason, the shipping costs are for you.
  5. We will refund your items

As soon as your package has been received at our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email and we will arrange the refund. The shipping costs will be refunded if your order is returned to us in its entirety, only for broken / defective items that are returned complete.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs, only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@casa-skouzi.nl .

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
